Welcome to a new, online version of the Annual general Meeting for the Danish Church in Toronto. 

We are all aware that Covid-19 has played havoc with many of our plans this year, including the continued delay of our AGM. The Board has decided to have a virtual 

Annual General Meeting on Zoom 

in the interest of having this meeting before the end of this year. All 2020 registered members were given notice by mail of this electronic meeting to be held on 

Saturday November 14 at 11:00 am. 

We realize that it may be difficult for many of you to participate, but this seems to be the only way we can have this meeting under the current circumstances, and has been successfully done with other organizations. We need to ask those members who wish to participate to sign up below before Wednesday November 11, 2020. 

Those who sign up will recieve an e-mail with the link to the Zoom meeting and other instructions before the meeting. We encourage you to find access to a computer, ipad/tablet, iphone og other smartphones with internet and email and be ready to take part in this meeting where decisions are made that impact the operation of our church and congregation.
